Bauer Restoration was great to work with. They were timely, professional, knowledgeable, and helped manage communication with our insurance company expertly. What started as a water leak in the kitchen of our investment property turned into extensive water damage, mold and a secondary leak in the bathroom. From the initial inspection with Bruce, working with Jake throughout construction, and communicating with Anna in the office a stressful process was made easier and completed in a professional manner.

We had a water softener malfunction which left standing water through most of our finished basement. Bauer Restoration got to us fast, tackled the cleanup quickly and thoroughly, and did an exceptional job on the repairs. They did a great job explaining what was currently happening and what would happen next. They also worked directly with our insurance company, knowing exactly what our claims adjuster would need every step of the way. Bauer even worked around our schedule when we had a covid case in the house. They turned this homeowner's nightmare into a sane and manageable incident. I can't recommend them enough. 

I had extreme water damage to my bathroom where Bauer had to replace the sub floor, etc. An extensive project but I knew I was in good hands. This company has a great reputation and Jason Long and Jake Kor are top notch at restoration, communication, and just good people. Thank you!
